I have had their service for several years. I had a toll free number from MCI ported to their service as well as my fax number...had to go from their 12.99 plan to 29.99 for the fax.

I am in the process of going back to Comcast for my service and I have to PAY them to port MY number that I transferred to them back! FCC is my next email.
