I have been a loyal customer for six years, and this month I had an issue with losing my wallet. I have been waiting for the credit card to use on this online account and after just five days they have disconnected my account.
When I went to call them this morning, I get someone in India.
They have no customer service skills and are merely nothing more than a robot...it is so sad these days that we cannot get even the slightest decent customer service because of these robotic centers, that are not trained at all and have not skills to deal with decent customers...so maddening. I had no idea EVoice was like this and will be filing a Better Business Bureau complaint as well...sad, sad, sad...
