I've used eVoice for several years, and overall it's fine. But my father died recently, so on his behalf, I chatted and called to cancel his account.
I had to jump through hoops just to do so, and upon finally getting his account verified, I was given a sales pitch to downgrade his account to save some money. I literally had to tell them, "well, since he's dead, he doesn't need the account anymore."
Are you *** kidding me!?! The fact that I had told them the reason for me canceling was because he died didn't stop them from trying to sell me more service.
Beware of *** customer support with this service. I'm now on the *** of canceling my personal account with them as well as this was just ridiculous.
